liek the title says, my airbag along with the one off a 01 x5 look identical minus the yellow sticker on the x5 bag vs my white sticker, other wise the airbags look the same any ideas?

Normally my engine idles a notch over 500 rpm, but occasionally drops a notch below (A/C is off) and starts shaking. In 1-2 minutes goes back up and runs smoothly. took the car for a spin today, traction control off. sports mode on.
