2007 X3:Plastic mold replacement

A friend of mine who owns a 2007 X3 side swiped the wall of her garage. The black plastic mold above her rear tire well (passenger side) was estimated at $68 and labor for $100. Are these reasonable estimates or can I replace the part myself? It looks like they just snap on to the body.
