2000 x5 car parts pricing please?

Hi everyone,
Ok so my bmw is a 2000 x5 it’s in the shop right now and the mechanics told me I needed a new front drive shaft and a Transfer Case. He said the totall plus labor is = $2000. Is that a good deal. Also How much do front drive shaft and a transfer case cost alone. can anyone provide me with the pricing or any information regarding this matter.
