Full Maintenance extension, Qualifying to purchase The BMW Maintenance Program

I just spoke to a BMW representative in the Financial Department today. The Salespersons and the CPO Sales Manager did not have the full details on this issue.
I purchased a ‘06 530xiT this month. This is a non-CPO car from a independent non-BMW dealership with ~57k miles on it. See thread below

I wanted to know if I still had the option to purchase the Extended Maintenance Program for my car. The rep was very friendly and upfront with me as she ran my VIN to give me specifics for my car. She told me that the Maintenance Program is available for purchase if your car is under 60k miles. If you are over 50k miles then BMW adds a $200 charge on top of the regular sales price of $1,695. Her dealership then adds $300 for profit to the final sales price. So thankfully I do qualify to purchase the MP and my price was quoted at $2,195 based on my mileage.

Summary:
<= 50k miles = $1,695 + Dealer charge of $300 = $1,965
> 50k miles = $1,895 + Dealer charge of $300 = $2,195
> 60k miles = Not Eligible to Purchase

I did not negotiate the price because I was calling for information only at this point. I will be looking to get the best price I can within the next coming weeks.

My front rotors and pads need changing and the BMW rep told me there is a 60k mile maintenance coming up also.

I hope this is helpful. If I missed something pls share.
