Dinan Trans chip? (again)

Hey, guys so i’ve been reading up on various posts regarding the dinan tranny chip, and i’m starting to think about getting one for my 95 840. I’ve got a wokke chip on the way and i thought it would be a good compliment. however, i was wondering if you guys think it would be a bad idea to get the chip for a car with high mileage (136k). Also, how much would the tranny chip hurt gas milage? thanks!
